AIM Engine purchases and access
These terms apply to AIM Engine package purchases, protected downloads and customer workspaces. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the billing and account information supplied is accurate and that they are authorised to purchase for themselves or their organisation.
Packages, payment and renewal
The product page and checkout show the price, billing period and included access before payment. Start Up and Professional Teams activate only after WooCommerce confirms payment. Where recurring billing is enabled, renewal and cancellation follow the schedule shown at checkout. Enterprise work is supplied under an agreed proposal or order.
Digital access and downloads
Access is personal to the purchasing account and may be used by the organisation and users allowed by the purchased package. Download files must not be resold, redistributed or made publicly available unless a separate licence expressly permits it.
Cancellation and retained customer content
When a subscription is cancelled, expires or is placed on hold, access to protected tools and new downloads may stop. AIM Customer Access does not delete the customer’s WordPress pages, posts, uploaded files or private Library content stored on the customer’s own hosting.
AI-assisted outputs
AI-generated drafts, recommendations and designs require human review before publication or operational use. Customers remain responsible for factual accuracy, permissions, intellectual property, advertising claims and compliance with laws that apply to their activity.
Privacy and service data
Account, order and access data is processed to provide the purchased service. Connected providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices. Customers should not upload confidential or personal information unless they have authority and an appropriate lawful basis.
Availability, support and liability
We work to keep downloads and customer areas available, but maintenance, provider outages and third-party changes may affect service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Contact the website owner through the published support channel before purchase if a package requirement is unclear.
