The AIM Library is designed for information that should remain useful after a conversation ends. It separates private organisational memory from knowledge deliberately contributed to the AIM community.
My Library
Private methods, research, decisions, brand rules and working knowledge owned by the organisation.
Network Library
Approved shared research, campaign learnings and improvement ideas returned by AIM Network Hub.
Adopted knowledge
Network ideas a team has chosen to use in one of its own Projects, Campaigns or prototypes.
Knowledge should have context
A useful knowledge object can include its topic, industry, country, channel, method, summary, evidence, confidence, sharing scope and parent knowledge references. That makes it possible to understand where an idea came from and what happened after it was tested.
Do not upload every chat into shared knowledge
Normal conversations remain working material. AIM should promote only useful conclusions, completed research, approved company updates or campaign learnings into the Library. Shared material is deliberate rather than automatic.
Knowledge genealogy
Network outputs can reference the earlier learnings they were derived from. When a later campaign adopts the idea and returns an outcome, AIM can build a visible chain from original evidence → SCAMPER improvement → adopted strategy → measured result.
