How It Works

AIM Engine now operates as a closed loop from AI-assisted work to measurable outcomes and reusable network learning.

1. Install AIM Engine on WordPress

The plugin becomes the marketing workspace while the standard WordPress administration remains available.

2. Connect the customer’s own OpenAI Platform account

Use WordPress Settings → Connectors → OpenAI. The provider account belongs to the customer, so model usage, provider storage and provider billing stay associated with that account.

3. Connect AIM Network Hub

Use the AIM Network activation key to connect the installation to aim-engine.com for subscription access, Directory participation, aggregate activity counters, shared knowledge and evaluation synchronisation.

4. Work in live AIM Chat and the workspace

Chat runs asynchronously without a full WordPress page refresh. Useful outputs can become Library items, Projects, Campaigns, scheduled work, image ideas or prototypes.

5. Evaluate campaigns

Advanced campaigns use the seven-stage AIM Integrated Evaluation Loop: Objectives, Inputs, Activities, Outputs, Out-takes, Outcomes and Organisational impact.

6. Improve ideas with SCAMPER

The customer’s own AI provider can generate SCAMPER alternatives from the campaign evidence and relevant network knowledge.

7. Share only what is appropriate

Private work stays private. Approved learning can be submitted as network-anonymised, network-attributed or public material.

8. AIM Network Hub organises the learning

The central WordPress database on aim-engine.com tracks connected companies, shared knowledge, campaign evaluations and their Agile state from incoming evidence through impact review.

9. Network learning returns to the customer

Relevant shared knowledge can appear inside the AIM Library or Campaign strategy area. The team can adopt it, run a real test and return the new outcome to the network.

The AIM learning loop

Work → Evaluate → Share selected learning → SCAMPER → Adopt → Test → Outcome → Improve the next objective.
