Description

AIM Teams Builder helps website administrators organise their authorised staff within the AIM dashboard. Use simple forms to assign people to team roles, identify their main manager and assistants, and nominate a cover manager for periods of absence.
Record each person’s key skills, responsibilities, duties for individual marketing tools, regular activities and handover notes. Choose a hierarchical, flat, matrix or agile team structure, then review the assignments in an organised team overview.
Cover assignments document who should take responsibility during absence; they do not automatically promote users or change WordPress permissions. Paid customer memberships and downloads remain separate from staff administration.
