Does AIM replace WordPress?
No. AIM changes the main working dashboard but keeps native WordPress administration, editors and plugins available.
Who pays for OpenAI usage?
The customer connects and pays for its own OpenAI Platform account. AIM subscription fees and provider usage are separate.
Does AIM give every customer the same public API key?
No. Customers use their own provider credentials through WordPress Settings → Connectors. AIM Network Hub does not need the customer’s OpenAI key.
What does AIM Network Hub do?
It runs centrally on aim-engine.com and manages connected websites, AIM activation, Directory data, aggregate usage counters, approved shared knowledge and structured campaign evaluations.
Does the Hub receive every private chat?
No. Aggregate counters can be synchronised without uploading private prompt text. Shared knowledge and campaign learning use deliberate sharing scopes.
What is the AIM Integrated Evaluation Loop?
Objectives → Inputs → Activities → Outputs → Out-takes → Outcomes → Organisational impact. It separates what the team produced from what audiences did and what value the organisation ultimately received.
How is SCAMPER used?
SCAMPER creates structured improvement ideas from evidence: Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Modify, Put to another use, Eliminate and Reverse. Those ideas still need review and real-world testing.
Can knowledge move between companies?
Only through the configured sharing scope. Private material stays private; network-anonymised, network-attributed and public contributions can be returned through the shared AIM Library.
What is included in Beginner?
Beginner costs £9.99 per month excluding VAT and includes the core AIM workspace. Campaigns and Sites remain visible but locked.
What does Advanced add?
Advanced costs £49.99 per month excluding VAT and unlocks Campaigns and Sites, including the structured campaign-evaluation workflow.
Where is payment handled?
AIM checkout, billing and subscription management are handled through WooCommerce on aim-engine.com. Provider billing is handled separately in the customer’s provider account.
